Uskupdere is a Kirklareli village, where 152 people live according to 2012 Population Census. Uskupdere was set up by 15 tatar household , who came from Crimea and by 60 household, who came from Shumen and Karnobat Regions of Bulgaria during the 1877-78 Ottoman-Russian War.  The name of village is Uskupdere. Because  the creek that come from Uskup Town, which locates on the east side of Uskupdere, passes inside the village.

Mainly sources of income of Uskupdere Village, which has a border with Uskup, Karincak, Bayramdere, Kizilcikdere and Yundolan Villages, are wheat, sunflower, barley, yellow squash production and stockbreeding.

It is possible to reach other neighbour  villages by using asphalt way. The Village has a pond.

There is a historical, registered, functioning  mosque, which was built by Sultan II. Abdülhamit in 1904.
