Erenler is a Pinarhisar village, where 227 people live according to 2012 Population Census. The old name of Village was “Tekke”( Tekke means Dervish Lodge in english) . This name was given thanks to “Binbiroklu Ahmet Baba Tomb that locates in this village and belongs to 14th century.
This area was called as “Tekke Çiftliği” until 1930’s and was a neighbourhood of Pinarhisar. The immigrants, who came from Greece in 1924 and who came from Harmanli and Krumovgrad Regions of Bulgaria in 1927, were placed in here. The name of village was changed as “Erenler” in 1940’s.
Mainly sources of income of Erenler Village, which has a border with Pinarhisar Town, Poyrali, Tozakli and Akoren Villages, are wheat, sunflower, productions and stockbreeding.
Erenler locates on Pinarhisar-Kirklareli Road. It is possible to reach other neighbour villages by using asphalt way. Drinking Water Requirement of Village is provided by an artesian.
